Warranty, Repair, Return & Exchange Policy – AMAROSE

This document outlines the warranty coverage, repair assistance, returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to all purchases made from Amarose. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

Lifetime Tarnish & Plating Assurance

  • Amarose provides a Lifetime Tarnish & Plating Assurance on all 18K Gold and White Gold Plated Stainless Steel Jewelry, effective from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be supported with clear images or videos along with the Order ID.


Warranty Benefits Timeline

  • 0–3 Months: Free replacement. Product must be returned. ■149 reverse shipping to be borne by the customer or self-shipped.
  • 3–6 Months: 55% of invoice value as Amarose store credit.
  • 6–12 Months: 30% of invoice value as Amarose store credit.
  • After 12 Months: 15% of invoice value as Amarose store credit.
  • Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and redeemable only on the Amarose website.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Scratches, wear-and-tear damage, breakage due to mishandling, missing stones or parts, and third-party or self repairs are not covered under warranty.

Repair & Breakage Support

  • Customers must submit images or videos of the damaged product with the Order ID. Items will be evaluated and marked as Repairable or Beyond Repair.
  • Repairable items require ■149 shipping or self-shipping and will be repaired free of cost.
  • Beyond repair items are eligible for 30% invoice value as store credit.

Collection-Specific Policy

  • Nails and nail accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • In case of damaged, incorrect, or missing nail products, customers must inform Amarose within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear 360-degree unboxing video. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
  • All remaining products sold on the website fall under the demi-fine jewellery category and are governed by the standard policies mentioned in this document.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and all free items are returned.

Exchange Value Adjustments

  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange request.
  • If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be issued as a gift card.
  • Discounted or promotional prices are not applicable for exchanges; calculations are based on original product values.
  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a gift card of equal value will be issued.

Gift Wrapping Policy

  • Gift wrapping services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items. ■99 return shipping charges
    will be deducted.
  •  Gift wrap, gift messages, complimentary items, and nail products are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after warehouse inspection within 7 days. 
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
  • COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Mandatory Proof for Claims

  • All issues related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours with a 360-degree unboxing video.

Final Authority & Acceptance

  • Amarose reserves the right to make the final decision in all warranty, repair, return, exchange, and refund-related matters.
  • By placing an order, customers confirm acceptance of this policy and Amarose’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
