Shipping & Delivery Policy – Amarose

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on the Amarose website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Delivery Charges & Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (Pan India): Free of charge. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. 
• Express Shipping: ■99 per order. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation and handed over to the courier partner.
• During festive seasons, sales, or holidays, order processing timelines may extend up to 3–4 working days due to increased shipment volumes.

Delivery Delays

• While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances on the courier partner’s end, including accidents, operational disruptions, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. Amarose shall not be held responsible for such delays.

Order Cancellation or Modification

• Requests for order change or cancellation must be made immediately after placing the order through Amarose’s official support channels.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled, a cancellation fee of ■200 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Orders that have been processed or dispatched cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping Address Changes

• Shipping address changes are permitted only before the order is processed or dispatched.
• Once shipped, address changes or re-routing are not possible and Amarose will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Such orders are not eligible for refund.

Failed or Undelivered Shipments

• If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to or held by the courier partner.

Reshipment Policy

• In such cases, the order will be reshipped to the customer after confirmation.
• Amarose shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused due to customer-related issues.
